Community Group and Project Development
Always community aims to work with diverse grassroots community groups assisting them to develop their ability to meet identified needs with new projects. We aim to assist them in the design and discovery process of new and innovative ways of effectively engaging and serving the groups they support.
Grassroots Community Research
An important part of grassroots community development is explorative research that allows communities and groups to further identify new approaches that further identifies need and how they can best be addressed with new and sustainable methods. Always Community looks to undertake such research and are gradually expanding our experience in this area.
Capacity Building
Key to the development of local communities and personal growth is local skills development that captures and unlocks the hidden and valuable skills we all have as members of diverse communities that have faced and overcome a host of community development issues. Always community intends to support the continued emergence of such untapped and hidden capacity building skills with engaging learning that connects to and inspires new ground level aspirations.
Community Enterprise
Always community is keen to support fledgling grassroots community groups in the development of ground level community enterprise initiatives. We facilitate this through engaging and demystifying learning that immediately enables grassroots communities to tap into and harness what is a too often unknown and untapped, readily available community enterprise potential.
Community Cohesion
Always Community has a sincere interest in exploring and implementing new and innovative approaches to community cohesion that builds on the commonalities Nottingham shares as a diverse community rich in naturally acquired social and economic benefits.

Always Community continues to explore new and innovative ways of enhancing and unlocking the hidden potential of the diverse communities of Nottingham through partnership and new ways of working that build on and continues to unlock its hidden strengths.
